Complaints

If you have a defect in the goods purchased in our e-shop, you can simply file a claim using the form below. Please describe the defect as accurately as possible, and if it is a gun, please also include its serial number. Based on the completed form, we will contact you with instructions on how to send the claimed goods. The complaints process is governed by the complaints procedure set out in our terms and conditions. You may also indicate your desired method of complaint handling in the description of the defect.
