Ballistic helmet Future Assault Shell Technology, also known as FAST, is a combat helmet used by special forces of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces).
This very lightweight helmet combines a comfortable fit and protection in accordance with NIJ 0106.01, level III.A (pistol caliber).
Shatter resistance is a matter of course.
The helmet is made using advanced UHMW-PE composites and Kevlar, making it weigh just 1.2 kg!
On the helmet you will find an adapter for connecting NVG, side picatinny rails for connecting accessories of your choice. Last but not least, it is also equipped with "Velcro" straps, for mounting insignia, identification plates, or signal lights.
